My technician was Tony Miller! This this guy knew exactly what he was doing. I’m in a condo and was having trouble with heat going through three of my vents. He found the issue quickly and made it work. The original company that put in the components had done the wiring incorrectly. It was a pleasure having Tony take care of everything. 1/26/2024 Update: still very impressed with the service and care from this team and happy with my choice to use their services.6/21/19 EDIT: I was going to call and talk to the manager or owner, but I wanted to put it as an addition on my original Google review from May 2018.I want to do the OPPOSITE of complain about the employees at this company. Since my original experience of having my old broken system diagnosed and replacing with a brand new, I have had several routine maintenance checks in fall and spring as advised. Most recently, a wire issue in my wall caused the thermostat to glitch and I needed to call for assistance.No issues at all with the system itself, but I wanted to point out that you hire great people. Every person I have spoken to on the phone has been extremely pleasant, and every single technician who has come out has been kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy.Christopher, David, and Maxam were the most recent 3 technicians I dealt with and they fully explained all of the things they were checking and did not waste time completing the tasks not to mention were nice to talk to in the meantime.Thank you Xtreme Air- I will happily continue to recommend your companyOriginal post, May 2018: My AC quit working, and had so many problems due to age and neglect that I needed a total replacement. My experience with Xtreme air was great and I’d recommend them to anyone. Brooks came to assess the issues and recommend several solutions that I chose from. He gave us excellent advice through the process and made sure we were aware and comfortable with modification so that needed to be done to meet city code. Given what they offered, the excellet work, and easy financing; made it smooth to go with them.Colt made it easy and glad to work with a Christian company.They came out on a Monday for a quote and a Wednesday for an install. The techs were highly-qualified/ professional. These techs worked hard, swift, in-sync and with care. Michael and his team did an excellent job.Whats i am seeing is excellent work and i am highly satisfied. And extremely happy on how the new system ran upon being tested. I was very excited to feel how quickly the sytem cooled the house and then how quickly it warmed up the house.The sytem is running very smooth!After a year these guys are the best! It was booked 2 days ago, and they have been sending emails daily as reminders for the appointment. On the scheduled date, I called multiple times to confirm. Initially, they stated the technician would arrive at 11, then changed it to 1, then 3. Finally, at 3:30, they called to inform me that due to a busy day, they couldn’t make it. They asked if I could reschedule after 6 days. This company has been terribly inefficient and has wasted my time. I strongly advise avoiding them

the only Xtreme is their prices. My blower motor broke and they quoted me $1600 to replace it with the part under warranty, that quote was just for labor. I told the technician no and that it was way too expensive, he got on the phone with the company and for no reason they knocked down the price to $1000. Still way overpriced, but that shows you how unstructured their pricing is. I went to DT and they only charged me $400 for the exact same job. DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. The Xtreme technicians are also very shady, one guy offered to do the job on the side under his own company, then wanted me to pay him for the job as he was giving me a quote. He expected me to Zelle him money before he even had the part to replace. Total joke of a company

I requested service for repair on my tankless water heater. I put in the notes that I’m worried it is not large enough to support a bath tub as we kept getting an error. They sent a tech out and charged me $55 just to tell me I need a larger system and the tech suggest I go buy one at Home Depot. 🤦🏼‍♂️Why drive all the way out here and not offer to upgrade the system?

Communication seems to be one of their downfall. Whether it’s a return phone call or responding to an email, they don’t seem to be concerned much or respond within a timely manner. Seems like I always have to call them back to get updates on pending situations. This is for the AC side of Xtreme. I haven’t dealt with the other divisions of this company. Right now I’m being generous with the star rating. On the other hand, Johnny, the tech is very knowledgeable. Out of all the techs that I have had encounters with, there are only 3. Two are still with the company but for how long? If you find a tech that you like, I would recommend having that person come out for any maintenance or repairs. They claim they will make it right. Terrible service. Installed a tankless water heater wrong MULTIPLE times. No show to appointments MULTIPLE times without contacting me. Terrible owner/management. No apologies really. Failed to pull permit from the city for the work. Multiple other companies have told me their work is not up to code. Their pricing was also much higher than other companies. My own fault for not price getting multiple estimates first to compare. Would not recommend to anyone.***Update 1/5/24 – Jonathan below called soon after posting the above review. Reported that he would look into the above issues and seeing what he could do to help. No updates. I’ve called and left messages with the company. No call back. The city says the company is still supposed to coordinate with them to have someone sent to inspect the work done for proper permitting. Still no updates on this either.
