Joseph and Juli was absolutely the best. My air conditioner in my home went out and I have multiple sclerosis and it was hot and the heat brings my MS out of remission. When I called your guys, my brothers were attempting to take me to the hospital at that point, but I chose to wait until your guys came out to see what they could do. The reason why I say that is I’ve had several people out to my home to try to fix the heating and the air and with no avail, it was still broken. I found extreme air services from the time I called until the time everyone came out all I received was the best customer service ever. Not only for your guys about their business, but they are so friendly and concerned about what you may have been going through at the time. I Just wanna say thank you for everything. I will make sure that anyone that I’m around that need any type of services that you offer I have cards. I will send them to you. Ounce again thank you and God bless.

Update December 2025: We were having issues with the flashing on our roof. I called in to see if someone could get it patched because we didn’t want rain leaking in and Jose Beltran came out and fixed it same day. He was quick, knowledgeable, kind and courteous like always. Highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.
We have been using Xtreme Air Services for the last 14 years for literally everything in our house. It started with HVAC then to plumbing then electrical and now they’re replacing our roof. Did you know they have entire roofing division? Us either! So Xtreme really is a one stop shop for it all and offer financing if need be.
We noticed a few small leaks inside our home and told Gabe (our plumber) about it and asked if he knew of any good roofing companies. He referred us to there roofing division, ERO Roofing. Within a few days they sent out José Beltran. This man was a God send and so knowledgeable. He listens, was very thorough in his inspection, didn’t try to upsell/scare us into a new roof like these other roofing companies do and he explained things in a way that made sense to me. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and his communication is top tier. He lets you know what’s happening every step of the way so you’re never guessing what’s to come. He also worked with our insurance company and asjuster to make everything flow easily. Our deductible was very high but he and the front office found affordable options for us to make a new roof happen. We are beyond grateful for all they’ve done to make it happen.
I feel it’s important to say that as a woman I felt comfortable dealing with José through this whole process on behalf of my elderly Mom. Always respectful, always kind and just overall a good man and human being.
So if you’re looking for a respectful, honest, decent roofing company with affordable options I highly recommend ERO Roofing and 10/10 would recommend José for the job every single time. Great company and great people!
