We've been clients of Xtreme for the past 4 years and we always receive great customer service. They send a text with a picture and short bio of the technician that will be coming to my home. That really adds a personal touch that I appreciate. They always discuss multiple options for any repair and their pricing is pretty straightforward. I value the customer service and I've cancelled my home warranty plan because I like have the customer relationship with Xtreme. We plan to be repeat customers.
Almost 2 weeks ago when it was freezing cold I came home to a freezing house and a thermostat that was not working. A friend recommended Xtreme Air Services so I gave them a call and they sent a gentleman named Michael Youngblood out to take a look. He recommended a new thermostat which I replaced myself but something still seemed to be wrong. I had two other people come out and take a look and they failed to find the issue. This morning I called Xtreme Air Services back and they sent Michael back out (same day!) at no charge and he found the issue! I will no longer question him or this company. I am glad to say that I have found my "go to"! Thank you Xtreme Air Services and thank YOU Michael!!
I couldn’t say better things about Xtreme. From the girl answering the phone to the technician that came to our home. Our heat went out and after trying to get 2 other companies out Xtreme was out there in less than an hour. My furnace was 23 years old so it was time to replace. They gave me all the options and even let me finance at no interest for 5 years. The installers went over everything thing they were doing and kept my house clean. When I need to replace my other unit Xtreme is my company!!!
Had Art come out to do a inspection, my thermostat was set for heat pump mode which another company installed so my heat was not working,He arrived and took the thermostat off the wall and flipped a switch and explained that it is all that was needed and tested my Furnace and its working now.He did not try to sell me a new thermostat,I appreciate his honesty.I will definitely recommend Xtreme.
Definitely reccomend Xtreme Air! I had a water leak in my kitchen on a Saturday and they came out same day. They were very professional, introduced themselves with a handshake and were so nice and informative! They found the leak within minutes and explained the repair process to me. All the work is now finished and it works perfectly. Dont hesitate, definitely call them to help you out!
